Questions about pricing

How does the 7-day trial work?

You create your account in a minute and get 7 full days: 25 qualified profiles, 25 work emails and 3 direct mobiles free. A card is registered to open the account, but nothing is charged before day 8, and you cancel in one click in your settings.

Are the prices exclusive of VAT?

Yes. The prices shown are in euros excluding VAT; VAT is added according to your country and your intra-community VAT number, on the invoice.

What does yearly change?

You pay ten months for twelve: a year of Solo costs €990 excl. VAT instead of €1,188, and so on.

Can I change plan?

Yes, at any time from your settings: every feature of a higher plan is visible in the app and leads to the plan change.

What does a credit count?

Emails and mobiles draw from a single pool of credits: a work email found uses one, a direct mobile found uses ten. Nothing is spent when nothing is found.

Are my unused profiles lost at the end of the month?

No. They are carried over to the next month, up to two months of allowance (500 profiles on Solo, 1,200 on Pro, 2,000 on Équipe), as long as your subscription is active.

Several of us prospect, does it work?

Yes, with the Équipe plan: 3 seats included, a shared pool of profiles and credits, rights per list, and an alert when a colleague already follows a prospect. An extra seat costs €49 excl. VAT a month.

How do I cancel?

In one click in your settings. The plan stays open until the end of the paid period; nothing is renewed afterwards.
